Inside the NSW Budget: What it means for development, investment and delivery across the state

Following the release of the NSW Budget, The Urban Developer convenes a timely discussion to examine its implications for the property and development sector.

Drawing on insights from within the budget lock-in, TUD journalist Patrick Lau will join industry leaders to provide firsthand perspective on the policy direction, funding priorities and reform agenda shaping the New South Wales development landscape.

The discussion will examine what the budget means in practice, from housing supply and infrastructure investment to feasibility, planning settings and market confidence. The panel will offer a grounded view of how developers, investors and stakeholders should be interpreting and responding to the announcements.
